Terms & Conditions of Sale
Welcome to Janjua’s Boutique! By purchasing from Janjua's Boutique, you agree to the following terms:

Custom Orders:
All custom-designed or custom-fit clothing items are made specifically to the client's unique requirements. Due to the bespoke nature of these orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges. In the situation the item is faulty or not as described, corrections or replacements may be provided. This will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. -
Measurements for Custom Pieces:
All measurements taken for custom pieces are deemed correct at the time of measurement. If any adjustments are required after the garments have been received from our designers, there will be an additional fee for these alterations. Janjua’s Boutique does not provide a fitting service. -
In-Person Purchases at Pop-Up Stores or Exhibitions:
Items purchased in person at our pop-up stores or exhibitions are non-refundable unless faulty. -
Online Purchases:
Ready-to-wear (non-custom) Items purchased online are eligible for a return or exchange within 28 days of the delivery date, provided that the items are unopened, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. -
Custom Pieces - Deposits and Payments:
A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom pieces. If the final payment is not made within 7 days of our request, Janjua’s Boutique reserves the right to retain the deposit and sell the custom item to recover costs. -
Faulty or Damaged Goods:
If any item is received faulty, damaged, or not as described, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and upon inspection, we will issue a full refund or exchange. -
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required for ready-made items at the time of purchase. For custom orders, a deposit will be requested upon order confirmation, with the balance payable upon completion of the item. -
Refunds and Exchanges Processing Time:
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items, provided all conditions are met. Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. -
Intellectual Property Rights:
All designs, images, and content on our website and associated marketing material are the intellectual property of Janjua’s Boutique. Any unauthorised use is prohibited. -
Amendments to Terms:
Janjua’s Boutique reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to our sales policy. -
